Oxarafoss was an unplanned find. We stopped to see the Þingvellir Natinal Park and strech the legs and came across it. Turned out to be one of our favourites. Perfect little winter picture.
Never took enough shots when we were driving but the ones I did get I really liked. Everywhere you look its just another world. Awesome landscapes and never ending white mountains and snowy road. Literally stared out the window constantly when I wasn't playing all important role of navigator.
Gulfoss. My personal favourite sight. I've seen hundreds of photos of these falls and never quite got the feel it would be as big as it was. -10° easily with some strong winds it was tough conditions seriously nippy on exposed skin.
Icelandic horses. Very photogenic. I fell in love with my 35mm lens here. Never taken portraits before, still never taken human portrait photos. Pretty interested in having a go. Lighting was 10/10.
Northern Lights!! By this point my camera was dead and i was missing an adaptor for the charger (needed us to uk before then uk to eu) very frustrating. Anyway still got this shot on my mums camera which I couldn't figure out how to manually focus and had already spent so long with the manual settings. Still we seen them! Would have loved to be out there on the roads we had spent our days touring. Thanks for checking out my collection and much appreciated! If anything I'm very motivated to shoot a ton more and hopefully my work is not bad to look at. Ross.
